Learn how to properly treatment plan full-mouth cases from both a surgical and prosthetic perspective.Learn from Dr. Al Panjali in a proven step-by-step approach on how he successfully executes life-altering treatment options for his patients using full-arch guided surgery with an immediate same day provisional. All these exercises will also be practiced in clinical floor with a patient.

Course Description

Course OUTLINE

Learn how to properly treatment plan full-mouth cases from both a surgical and prosthetic perspective.
Learn from Dr. Al Panjali in a proven step-by-step approach on how he successfully executes life-altering treatment options for his patients using full-arch guided surgery with an immediate same day provisional. All these exercises will also be practiced in clinical floor with a patient. Hands-on Exercises will be done on models both days.

You will learn:
  • Learn proven implant protocol strategies to perform safe and predictable full arch implant placement.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Planning with 3D Virtual Treatment Planning.
  • Radiographic Interpretation & Planning – CBCT with Anatomical Considerations
  • Soft Tissue & hard tissue considerations –
  • Safe & Predictable Implant Strategies
  • Implant Protocol for Full Arch Placement
  • Surgical Guides set-up and instrumentation – including Surgical & Prosthetic Components
  • Case presentation for Patient acceptance that works
  • Complication management
  • Lab communication for Optimal Results
  • Restorative Options.

HANDS ON SESSION 1

  • Place several guided dental implants on models during the course with surgical guides and guided kits.
  • Participants will be able to use CBCT cone beam ; learn how to diagnose and treatment plan their cases.
  • Scanning with Trios scanners (Neodent) and digital workflow for the lab. Each participant will be able to scan and export data.
  • Chair side conversion.

HANDS ON SESSION 2

  • Learn augmentation and GBR on models with immediate placement of implants.
  • Learn about MU Abutments and how they are placed/positioned intra orally.
  • 3D Printing. (PROFESSIONAL LAB TECHNICIAN WILL BE PRESENT DURING HANDS ON to guide you through the process in our IN HOUSE LAB).
  • Demonstration of EXOCAD for construction of prosthetic steps.

HANDS ON SESSION 3

  • Osteotome usage for Full arch . WHEN NOT TO drill.
  • Learn how to work in thin ridges with Neodent products.
  • Implant Detoxification.
  • Immediate placement, Grafting and site development on pig jaws.

The hands-on sessions will be conducted both on the clinical floor, as well as in the lecture hall. Actual patient simulations will be performed during the clinical session in our clinic. All attendees will be able to scan each other during the sessions.

Dr. Panjali has over 28 years of experience practicing all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Panjali is a graduate of New York University’s College of Dentistry and has a Master’s Degree in Oral Implantology from Goethe University, Germany. A leading authority in the country, his vision for practice is focused on patient comfort, quality, and convenience.

Licensed in New York State, Dr. Panjali has received numerous awards, presented lectures on dental implants nationally and internationally, and has been published in professional dental publications. Dr. Panjali is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Diplomate status is the highest credential awarded by ICOI. Less than 1,500 dentists worldwide have achieved this level of distinction.

Over the course of 24 years, Dr. Panjali has lectured on and instructed thousands of dentists in the latest dental implant techniques, technologies, and procedures.

Professionally, Dr. Panjali has evaluated several leading implant systems with innovative surgical techniques, providing non-invasive treatment in everyday dentistry. He has assisted in developing surgical instruments that have made surgical procedures easier for both dentists and assistants. He has successfully completed clinical trials of Immediate Placement in infected sockets and has developed a predictable protocol to achieve excellent results. He is the founder of the “No Drill Osteotomy,” a unique technique for surgical implant placement.
