These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the enrollment and participation of students (“Participant” or “Student”) in educational classes, programs, and courses provided by the New York Implant Institute (“NYII” or “Institute”). By registering for and attending any course, the Student agrees to the following:

1. Enrollment and Registration
1.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees and receipt of a completed registration form.
1.2 NYII reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its discretion.

2. Payment Policy
2.1 All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 If full payment is not received, NYII may cancel the Student’s participation at its sole discretion.
2.3 Payments are non-transferable unless expressly approved by NYII.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to administrative fees.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date.
3.3 NYII reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment, faculty availability, or force majeure events. In such cases, Students will be offered a transfer to another program or a refund of tuition paid.

4. Attendance and Participation
4.1 Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and participate actively in both didactic and clinical components.
4.2 NYII is not responsible for missed sessions. Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
4.3 Certificates of completion are awarded only to Students who meet attendance and performance requirements.

5. Academic Integrity and Professional Conduct
5.1 Students must conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
5.2 Any disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or unprofessional conduct may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
5.3 Students agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws, as applicable.

6. Clinical Training and Liability
6.1 Participation in live patient training (where applicable) is contingent on compliance with all safety protocols, insurance requirements, and licensing regulations.
6.2 Students must maintain their own professional liability and malpractice insurance if required by their jurisdiction.
6.3 NYII assumes no responsibility for malpractice, negligence, or harm caused by the Student during training.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Course materials, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of NYII and/or faculty members.
7.2 Students may use such materials solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
7.3 Recording, reproduction, or distribution of course content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 NYII provides education for professional development purposes only.
8.2 The Institute does not guarantee clinical outcomes, professional success, or patient results based on course participation.
8.3 Students are solely responsible for applying skills and knowledge in accordance with applicable professional standards.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 NYII, its faculty, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
9.2 The maximum liability of NYII shall not exceed the amount of tuition fees paid by the Student.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By registering for and attending a course at NYII, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
New York Implant Institute – Cancellation & Payment Policy
1. Cancellations by Participant
• All cancellations received 30 calendar days or fewer prior to the scheduled start date of the class are non-refundable, without exception.
• Cancellations received more than 30 calendar days in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject solely to the Institute’s review and approval.
2. Payment Policy
• Tuition fees must be paid in full by the deadline stated in the registration confirmation.
• Failure to remit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of enrollment at the discretion of the New York Implant Institute. In such cases, no guarantee of seat reservation is made.
3. Discretion of the Institute
• The New York Implant Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for refunds, credits, or continued participation.
• The Institute is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.
