If a Dental CE course cancellation is received at least two months prior to the course date, a credit towards another course will be issued. If a cancellation is received within 2 months to 30 days prior to the course date, a 50% credit towards another course will be issued. No credit will be issued if a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the date of the course. A $50.00 administrative fee plus the material cost will be deducted from all credits. Course credits are valid for 12 months after the cancellation date. If a course is canceled or rescheduled by NYII, a full refund will be issued.
Regardless of the registration fee paid, an attendee must attend the course for the hours it is scheduled in order to receive the continuing education credit, with one credit equaling one hour. Should an attendee arrive more than 30 minutes after the course has begun or leave 30 minutes prior to the course ending, the attendee’s course credits will be adjusted accordingly and a new continuing education certificate will be mailed the following week.
